Endless Doses - 7 Day Weekend

7 Day Weekend a small band from Warrington are on the road to releasing their next single Endless Doses and I've been fortunate enough to have a sneaky listen. The song is really catchy; the melody is infectious and gets inside of you. I found myself trying to sing-along just in the first listen. I will try not to give too much away because it is better leaving it as a surprise for you to enjoy. The song starts with a really strong guitar intro, it is clear the band have been working hard together to produce this song. Each instrumental element combines together and compliments one another well to produce the final outcome. In a way I want to say that Endless Doses is slightly heavier than the bands original stuff but they do such justice to it that it's hard to think of it that way. Calan's vocals really fit with this song and the development in his voice because of the raw edge which supports the song well.

It's a real life song to them and when you listen to the lyrics it is a song which any teenager can appreciate or will have experienced in their life. It is something that anybody could understand no matter of age because it is a relatable song. For me this is a powerful element by the song being able to connect to its audience well.

This has made me even more excited for tour this Summer as the band are going to be playing on two dates of our tour but they are playing all over the place this summer so make sure you go and see them if they are near you. They are lovely guys and would really appreciate you going to say hello to them.
