Capitals are an alternative group from Edinburgh, Scotland. I really wish I could tell you more about this group like how many people are part of it or something helpful like that but there is no information about them anywhere online. From watching their music video, I think that the group is made up of two guys. But I do really like their music and they are offering a free download of two of their songs from their website so make sure you have a listen to that.
